No that's incorrect. Neither Newton nor Coulomb affects photon

And you never showed they did. You just assumed they did with sleight of hand. In both your Newton post and your Coulomb post you never used the word photon, it was always "bodies" that were being affected. Then presto, let the bodies be photons!

But the photons cannot be among the bodies affected by either force, because they have zero mass and zero charge.

In fact since this is true, you can never "prove" they are greater than zero except by either ignorance or trickery. You began with ignorance, but in my view you have now taken up trickery.
