June,28.2003 DeB: The color of the sky is due to the DISPERSION of light. The red color indicate the shift to longer wavelengths. It appears that that aslso indicate some characterstics of the particles which are present and connected to the weather conditions. This means the possible red skies in the morning might signal a impending possibility of storms or typhoon or bad seas, because the nature of particle dispersing the light towards red shift must be related to danger of coming bad stormy weather. The oceanographers must have some data collected to co-relate weather to the dispersion particles in the sky,for example dust some where must have loaded the particles and change of IONIZATION of atmosphere, causing variations in atmospheric pressure also.Like before TORNADO the pressure falls down and the funnel is loaded with particles generating unique topologies and geometries of E.M. fields resulting from the particles in the volume in the region in question. To conclude the collected experimental data on atmospheric conditions must be in it to justify or reject.I do not know that data but my thinking led me to explain what I thought. any way nice to hear you again.
