Given that Light is an absolute constant in SR's Vacuum & Cosmic Vacuum is not equal to SR's Vacuum... Thus, the Speed of Light is not an absolute Constant in the Cosmos/ Universe... Or simply, it's a Logocal & Scientific validation of Varying Speed of Light (VSL)...
