'Cosmic Vacuum is not equal to SR's Vacuum' ensured that Speed of Light can't be an absolute Constant in the Universe...

Proof:-

Given that Light is an absolute constant in SR's Vacuum

& Cosmic Vacuum is not equal to SR's Vacuum...

Thus,

the Speed of Light is not an absolute Constant in the Cosmos/ Universe...

Or simply, it's a

Logocal & Scientific validation of Varying Speed of Light (VSL)...

This complestes the proof...
