Certainly there is 3-velocity and GR does not forbid that. I said that the math of GR (and the normal velocity equation) forbids motion in **spacetime**. You can only have motion in space. A time-axis component of velocity is ludicrous and I don't care who say it isn't. I explained it on my site and if the explanation did not chime with your expectations, that's too bad, IMO.
