This quantum connection may be related to a type of Deutch Time Loop Model (Dr. D. Deutch) of having a "Zeno-type paradox" occur when atoms become "paralyzed" from being observed--preventing them from passing a halfway point between two levels of energy. This is what Sudarshan and Mirsa (Uni, of Tex) found in radioactive atoms when observed, they stopped decaying. Another strange effect?
