Mr. FireTag, thank you for clarifing that. Really got me thinking. Now...how is gravity assigned to the bending of spacetime (for lack of a better phrase)? This question may sound crude and/or ignorant, however I don't know how else to word it... Is the gravity assigned by the size of the phenominon (black hole) or by the amount of spacetime bent (distance)? Please respond.
