"Math is simply an imperfect language created by an imperfect species. We should NOT be using it to define reality!!! " -- This sounds real good, but I think this is an incomplete view. Mathematics, as a whole seems like it could, even should, be a 'perfect' language. Its just that we imperfect beings have an imperfect understanding of it at this point. I think mathematics can have a lot to say about the nature of reality, but I will allow that it is only one piece of a much larger puzzle. Physics and cosmology are just subsets of the larger field I know as Philosophy. Mathematics is another subset, but it seems to contribute significantly to most of the other subsets I can think of in the field of philosophy. Even religion. Its all philosophy, and its pretty hard to discuss philosophy rationaly without using math.
