This is a feature of string theory. You could do a search using google.com on that topic to get tons of references.

This sounds like gravitational lensing. A google search will also get you bunch on that.

Wormholes are hypothetical. There currently seems to be more reason to believe they can't exist than that they can. The mathematics behind wormholes is VERY sophisticated. You might wish to start with a more conceptual discussion and wait for the mathematical treatment when you are in grad school.
Here is a link that treats them very generally (along with other black/white/worm hole topics). Again, a google search will get you the whole spectrum of references from the current literature.
