Wormholes?

I would like to talk about curled up demension and the shifting of densities to perceive close up something far away. I think this is a wormhole. Also, if anyone can help, I would like to talk about some of the mathmaticle properties of wormholes. I do not know much about them, however, I won't be able to complete my senior project without more information. I appreciate any and all info anyone might be able to provide.
