The point I'm making about matter concentration is that as you add rotational kinetic energy to an object you are making it heavier with the energy put in by E=mc^2. I realize that there would probably be no substance under even the most mind boggling fields that could accelerate to a radial velocity where the mass difference is useful before it rips apart, but I was just curious as to what the maximum mass increase for the optimal conditions was. Basically, what is the best cryogenic gyroscope you could build.
